This equipment is specially developed for the modular shipbuilding process of large ship blocks, enabling precise three-dimensional attitude adjustment and synchronized load-bearing operations for ship sections. Equipped with a PLC-based coordinated control system and Windows intelligent control software, each unit features an onboard microcomputer and is connected to a central synchronization controller via a communication bus. The system supports synchronized operation of up to 99 units simultaneously. Utilizing high-precision pressure and displacement sensors to establish a closed-loop control system, the equipment achieves both 3D displacement synchronization (X/Y/Z axes) and load synchronization. Displacement synchronization accuracy can reach up to 1 mm, significantly improving block alignment accuracy and shipbuilding efficiency. It is suitable for various applications, including shipyards, dry docks, and building berths.
Controlled by PLC and Windows‑based control software, it features a user‑friendly human‑machine interface (HMI).
It supports synchronous control of up to 99 units with a maximum synchronization accuracy of 1 mm.
It enables three‑dimensional displacement synchronous control, as well as 3D synchronous control for multiple units.
Equipped with a force synchronization function, it realizes force synchronization while performing group displacement synchronous control.

This equipment is specially developed for the giant block shipbuilding process, enabling precise 3D attitude regulation of ship blocks and cluster synchronous load‑bearing operations.

Each unit features a load capacity of 500 tons, with the number of units flexibly configurable according to block size and weight. It has a vertical adjustment range of 0–250 mm and a horizontal adjustment range of 0–150 mm. Equipped with built‑in hydraulic powered traveling function, it supports short‑distance autonomous transfer and adapts to various working scenarios including dry docks and slipways.

Adopting PLC interlocking control plus a Windows‑based intelligent control system, each unit is fitted with a microcomputer and connected to a synchronous controller via fieldbus, allowing cluster linkage of up to 99 units. Closed‑loop control is realized through high‑precision pressure and displacement sensors to achieve dual regulation of synchronous X/Y/Z three‑dimensional displacement and force, with a displacement synchronization accuracy of up to 1 mm, integrated with real‑time weighing function.

The equipment is operated via dual modes of touch screen and physical buttons, providing a user‑friendly and convenient human‑machine interface. The fieldbus communication design simplifies control wiring. With multiple advantages including heavy‑load bearing, precise attitude adjustment, cluster coordination and flexible transfer, it effectively improves the alignment precision of giant blocks and shipbuilding construction efficiency.
